Duftnoter af sorte kirsebr og jordbr med et strejf af tobak og chokolade ligesom vi kender det fra den 'almindelige' Brunello, men mere elegant og velafbalanceret i sit udtryk. Smagen er bld og hnger lnge p ganen. Vinmarkerne, Vigna del Castello og Vigna del Veloder bestr af en blanding af ler og sand ligger i en hjde p 290 meter med en vest nordvestlig eksponering. Markernes alder er ca. 30 r. Hsten i midten af september.
